Ar. Abhijeet Lathkar is the founder of ALA (Abhijeet Lathkar Architect) Which is involved majorly in Architecture, planning & Interior Designing projects based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
He Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Mumbai University, India. Further, he has earned the Masters in Advanced Architecture Degree from Oxford Brookes University, OX, United Kingdom.
Before starting his own practice in 2021, he has a vast experience in the field of Architecture from working with renowned Architecture firms.

Our Way Of Working
At ALA, we believe in a collaborative and client-focused approach. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure that we deliver results that exceed their expectations.
ALA also uses an IT-based work environment for all administrative tasks. The office has the latest workstations with complete software, a model building workshop, trained staff and clear work and quality systems for efficient and safe project management and information sharing with other designers in accordance with current standards.
The office’s workflow can be broken down into two main phases: - At the start of projects, we conduct an analysis to help define the overall scope of the project, taking into account the client’s starting point and the environment. This helps us understand the real challenge and the essence of the project. Then, we begin the planning phase, where we come up with the most appropriate response to the challenge, creative and without bias. We work within a schedule framework, without any preconceived notions about each assignment.
Teamwork, openness in the working environment, and inclusive planning are the foundation of our work. Everyone in the working group is encouraged to be creative.
